Returns, Exchanges and Refund Policy
Online Jewelry Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your purchase! If you are not satisfied with your Sterling Silver or Gold Fill Jewelry purchase, you may RETURN (for a merchandise refund) or EXCHANGE your purchased Sterling Silver or Gold Fill item within 30 days of your purchase. All Fine Jewelry items (14kt, 18kt, and Diamond jewelry) may not be returned or refunded. Fine Jewelry items are exchanged only with 14 days of purchase date.

Refunds do not include shipping costs and will be given if the merchandise is returned within 30 days of purchase.

To request an exchange, please send US $9.95 for postage (US $30.00 for overseas addresses) with an indication of which item you would like in exchange.

All UPS orders will be shipped within 3 days of your order unless we contact you otherwise.

Custom orders (custom lengths or any other special order) may take an additional 3 weeks as they are crafted individually to order. We wrap, box and ship UPS Ground (unless you indicate otherwise). UPS will only deliver to a street address; thus, if you submit a PO box as your shipping addres, we will ship your order via US Postal Insured Mail instead of via UPS.

All UPS Next Day Orders will be shipped out by the day after we receive the order unless we notify you otherwise.

All orders received on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped out on Monday, unless there is a holiday in which UPS is closed.

For all continental US orders under 2 pounds, UPS ground shipping/handling is $9.95 per address (not including insurance).

As all our jewelry items are handcrafted, no two items are exactly the same. Sometimes the sterling silver Bali beads used may vary. If you desire your style to look exactly like that in the online catalog, please tell us at the time of the order.
