In my high school, the student council would set up flower grams for special holidays, most notably Valentine's Day. Do you remember something similar that from your high school days? Bobbie's high school did candy grams. One of the student council members would knock on the door of the classroom to "deliver" the flowers/messages that were purchased all week. I would always hope for one and I knew I could always count on one of my girlfriends to send me one. The flower gram was always a cheesy carnation with a handwritten note. This carnation is a lot nicer than the wilty dyed ones we had at Winston Churchill High School. For $1, I would receive a carnation with a note horribly trite like, "Tina, this year would not have been complete without you. You are my bestest friend." Here I am today in my winter uniform:Once again, excuse the mess around my desk. I am a secret slob.Jacket: Samantha Treacy (from thrift shop)Tank top: Old NavyLeggings: ExpressBoots: Rag & BoneEarrings: Tina Tang Endless SummerNecklace: Leftovers NecklaceI am hoping for a flower gram this year, please. This is how thrilled I would be to get one:A candy gram would suffice as well.
